He was a retired machinist from Precision Machine Shop. Jesse enjoyed classic cars and fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Lowery; brother, Mickey Lowery; sister-in-law, Clorinda Lowery; and brothers-in-law, Calvin, Thomas, and Billy Brackett; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held 2pm Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at GreeneLawn Memory Gardens, officiated by Pastor Sam Smith. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery.
Pallbearers are Cody Lowery, Daniel Lowery, John Wagner, Terry Kelly, Scotty Knight, and Rick Jackson.
An Honorary Pallbearer is Mike Underwood.
