

He was a retired farmer and carpenter.
Mr. Hinkle attended Jones Chapel Church and Doughty’s Chapel Church as long as his health permitted.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law: Frankie Lynn and Shirley Hinkle, David and Leslie Hinkle; two daughters and sons-in-law: Diana and Tommy Booker, Julie and Perry Booker; ten grandchildren: Sheila Seaton, Terry Hinkle, Keshia Hinkle, Danielle Lowery, Nicole Booker, Matthew Booker, Nathan Booker, Jennifer Hartsock, Brandon Hinkle and Brittany Hinkle; five great grandchildren: Michael Wallace, Israel Wallace, Alena Hinkle, Gabriel Hinkle and Madison Lowery; two brothers: James “Jimmy” Hinkle, Paul Douglas Hinkle; several nieces and nephews; several close friends and neighbors.
He was the son of the late Ivan Hobert and Trulen Edith Beach Hinkle and was preceded in death
by his wife, Lou Ann Hinkle; brothers, Robert Lee Regan, Maxion “Max” Hinkle, J.L. Hinkle,
Dennis Hinkle; sisters, Ruby Woods, Louise Bruce, Carie Neal Bowman and Joe Dale McCoy.
The funeral service will be held at 11: 00 a.m. Friday, July 20, 2012, at Kiser-Rose Hill Chapel. Rev. Charles McCamey, Rev. Richard Long and Rev. Charles Ervin will officiate. Interment will follow at Brown Springs Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be his grandchildren.
The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
