He was of the Methodist faith.
He was called “Big Joe” by the boys that knew him and worked with him. Big Joe was first and foremost a loving husband and devoted father and family man. He started his family in Cleveland, Ohio working as a decorator and painter. He then retired after 10 years at C&C Millwright and Maintenance. Construction and farming were his passions. He spent his later years growing numerous gardens to share with his family and friends. He was loved and will be missed by all that knew him.
