

She was retired.
She was a member of St. James Lutheran Church.
Ms. Ottinger was an inspiration to all who knew her and who enjoyed crocheting gifts for everyone. She always had a smile on her face and will be missed by all family and friends.
Survivors include her caregivers, who loved her very much: niece Debbie Bowers and husband Jackie, and nephew Billy Ottinger and wife Andrea; brother: Dale Ottinger; nieces and nephews: Jerry Ottinger, Randy and wife Sally Ottinger, Gary Hensley, Tony and wife Kim Ottinger, Shawn and wife Tonya Ottinger, all of Greeneville, Leanne Howard and husband Tommy of Sevierville, Linda Ottinger of Newport, and Rebecca Gunter and husband Arthur of Bybee; several great nieces and great nephews; one great-great nephew and great-great niece; special sitter: Amanda Higgins; and a special friend: Jane Ricker.
She was the daughter of the late Clarence and Elsie Ottinger and was preceded in death by three brothers and sisters-in-law: Berlin and Mary Mae Ottinger, Leonard and Margaret Louise Ottinger, and Delbert Ottinger; sister and brother-in-law: Eurethia and Curtis Hensley; and a sister-in-law: Sue Ottinger
The family will receive friends 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm Friday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
Following the visitation, a funeral service will be conducted at 8pm Friday, February 14, 2014, in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Larry Moore officiating.
Interment will be at 2pm Saturday at St. James Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to meet at 1pm Saturday at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery.
Pallbearers will be David Neas, Jack Neas, Charles Leonard, Tony Ottinger, Kerney Moses, and Ritchie Renner.
Honorary pallbearers are Dr. W. Joseph Scott and staff, Buford Neas, staff of ResiCare, and Jane Ricker.
