Rev. Jersey was born in Flint, Michigan on March 19, 1950. He was married on June 7, 1968 to Patricia Ann Jacquez, who survives him.
He was involved in ministry for 50 years.
He moved to Greeneville, TN in 1988.
In addition to his wife, of the home, survivors include two sons and their wives, Daniel and Marcia Jersey of Knoxville, and Dale and Rachael Jersey of Greeneville; and three grandsons, Matthew Jersey of Greeneville, and Tarren Jersey and Sam Mask of Knoxville.
The family will receive friends from 3-4pm at Thrive Church at 116 N. Rufe Taylor Rd., Greeneville, TN on July 20, 2025.
A Celebration of Life service will follow at 4pm.
