Lawrence Jerome Seaton

Mr. Seaton was formerly employed in the Receiving Department at Five Rivers and attended Towering Oaks Baptist Church.

He is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Pamela and Charlie Combs of Mosheim; a son and daughter-in-law, Tim and Susan Seaton of Greeneville; step granddaughter, Jenny Combs; sister, Barbara Payne; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Susie Seaton, Lawrence Beryl Wilhoit; nieces: Vickie Taylor of Jonesborough, Debbie Lucas of Greeneville, Annette Rhinehardt of Johnson City, Melissa Moore of Columbus, GA; nephews: Jesse Lowery, Ricky J. Seaton, Mickey Lowery, Josh Wilhoit, and Brett Miller.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Seaton; his parents, Jesse and Maggie Seaton; brothers, Joe B. Seaton and Linton Seaton; sisters: Maxine Lowery Jones, Joyce Wilhoit; and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Norma and Charles Harpe, and Tommy Miller.

The family will receive friends 4:00-7:00 pm Monday, June 30th at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home with the funeral service following at 7:00 pm in the funeral home chapel. Rev. Tommy Pierce will officiate.

Interment will be conducted Tuesday at 10:00 am at GreeneLawn Memory Gardens. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home on Tuesday at 9:00 am to go in procession to the cemetery.

Family and friends will be pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are his special neighbors.
