

He was a retired truck driver for the Greene County Highway Department. He was a member of Mosheim Church of God. He was a lifetime member of the VFW.
He is survived by his daughter: Sandi Russell; a son: Tim (Vickie) Fann; grandchildren: Pamela and Tony Darnell, Brandon and Sheena Russell, Michael and Jennifer Fann, Crystal Key, Harley and Brandon Smith, Justin and Terri Wilhoit, Timmy Fann, Amber Fann; twenty-two great grandchildren; one great great grandchild: and a daughter-in-law: Rose Fann
He was preceded in death by his wife: Bertha Fann; a son: Rick Fann; and his parents: John and Mattie Fann.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 10:00 am Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Todd Ricker officiating.
Interment will be held at Mtn. Home National Cemetery.
The Greene County Honor Guard and Army National Guard will conduct a military graveside service.
Pallbearers will be his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
