

He was self-employed.
Mr. Cutshall attended Upper Paint Creek Church of God. He was baptized at Houston Memorial Church in April, 1994.
He was an avid Atlanta Braves fan and enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.
Survivors include a daughter and her fiancé: Joyce Cutshall Thomas and L. C. King of Marshall, North Carolina; son and daughter-in-law: Dwayne and Pamela Cutshall of Greeneville; grandchildren: Houston Lee Thomas II and wife, Tracy, of Marshall, North Carolina, Sarah Nicole Cutshall and fiancé, Mike Stout, of Asheville, North Carolina, and Brodie Dlane Cutshall of Greeneville; great grandchildren: Scott Allen Thomas and wife, Donna, Robert Madison Duckett, Lilyauna Jewel Kelley and Amber Shay Rice; great-great grandchildren: Savannah Thomas and Holden Thomas; several nieces and nephews; many friends; and a special companion, his dog: Buddy.
He was the son of the late Leonard Harrison Cutshall and Eliza Cutshall Payne; and was preceded in death by the mother of his children, Blanche G. Cutshall; seven sisters: Carrie Cutshall, Bonnie Cutshaw, Helen White, Claudia Boston, Ruby Cagle, Edna Cutshall and Pauline McDevitt; and three brothers: Grady Cutshall, Perry Cutshall, and William Tell Cutshall.
The family will receive friends 2-4 and 7-9 pm Thursday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held at 1:30 pm Friday, March 28, 2014, at Upper Paint Creek Church of God with Rev. Harlan Chandler and Rev. Buford Metcalf officiating. Family and friends will meet at 12:30pm Friday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home to go in procession to the church.
Interment will follow in GreeneLawn Memory Gardens. Following the interment at GreeneLawn, family and friends will meet at Upper Paint Creek Church of God Fellowship Hall for a time of fellowship and to share a meal.
Pallbearers will be Houston Lee Thomas II, Scott Thomas, Madison Duckett, Mike Stout, James Arville Riddle, and Tom Brown.
Brodie Cutshall and L. C. King will serve as honorary pallbearers.
