

She was a retired employee of MECO.
Mrs. Shipley attended St. Joseph Free Will Baptist Church as long as her health permitted. She enjoyed attending church even when her health was declining.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who was proud of her family.
Survivors include her husband of 55 years: Clarence Shipley; two daughters and sons-in-law: Debbie and Steve Wilhoit of Mosheim and Edna and Jake Bible of Parrottsville; a son and daughter-in-law: Terry and Jamie Shipley of Morristown; five grandchildren: Melissa Reece and husband Gary, Stephanie Garmer and husband David, Billy Shipley and wife Candi, Jessica Bible, and Kristen Wilhoit; seven great grandchildren: Calysta, Jazzlyn and Connor Garmer, Daniel and Marissa Tweed, Daniel Coots and Isiah Howard; a brother and sister-in-law: David Russell and Louella Keasling; and special friends: Johnny Myers, Scott Dykes, Bessie Shipley, Louise Monk and Naomi Renner.
She was the daughter of the late Bill and Stella Keasling.
The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Friday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The body will remain at the funeral home until time to be taken to Jackson's Chapel Freewill Baptist Church Saturday for the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Rev. Roger Ealey will officiate.
Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Her pallbearers will be family and friends.
The staff of the East Wing of Laughlin Health Care Center will serve as honorary pallbearers.
