Loyd Eugene Ferguson

He is survived by his wife, Wanda Rupert Ferguson of the home; daughter: Doris Ferguson Volz of Memphis; step daughter and son-in-law: Barbara and Roy Monk of Greeneville; step sons and daughters-in-law: James and Patsy G’Fellers of Chuckey, Larry and Gail Landers of Greeneville; sisters: Louise Lemmons of Columbus, Mississippi; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Robert and Trixie Venerable of Greeneville, Buster and June Rupert of Afton, J.T. and Leora Hodnett of Cedar Bluff, Mississippi, and Connie Garza of Jonesboro, Georgia; 15 step grandchildren; 19 step great grandchildren; two step great-great grandchildren; and many friends, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his first wife: Pauline Hodnett Ferguson; his parents: Elmer and Lavonia Ferguson; and a brother: Robert Ferguson.

The family will receive friends at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home from 4-7 p.m. Monday, September 26.

At his request, he will be cremated.

Graveside services will be held at Greenwood Cemetery in West Point, Mississippi at a later date.
