Lucille Pless

She was born and raised in the Links Mill and River Hill Communities of Greene County and was a life-long member of River Hill United Methodist Church. She enjoyed gardening, bridge, golf, Atlanta Braves baseball, and picnics with friends and family.

Lucille is survived by a son and daughter-in-law: Randy and Kathy Pless; niece: Carol Gray; nephews: Ken DeWitt, Terry Rader, and Ronnie Wilhoit; and a host of cousins, friends and neighbors.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Rance Pless; parents: Bernie and Zula (Sisemore) Wilhoit; five sisters and three brothers.

The family will receive friends from 12-2 pm Wednesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home. The funeral service will then take place at 2:00 pm in the funeral home chapel with interment to follow at GreeneLawn Memory Gardens. Pastor Charles Lindy will officiate.

Family and friends will be pallbearers.

Honorary pallbearers will be Rosie Bustos and Trevor Broyles.

Kathy and Randy express their gratitude to the healthcare professionals, first responders, friends, and family members who helped Lucille over the years.
