She was a homemaker. Mrs. Reynolds was a member of Brittontown Church, she attended
Union FreeWill Baptist Church as long as her health permitted.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law: Anna Sue and James Stucker of Robins, Iowa; a granddaughter: Karen Luanne Gearhart and husband, Brian; a great grandson: Hunter James Gearhart; a great granddaughter: Brianne Tatyana Gearhart, all of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; one sister: Ethel Belcher; many nieces, nephews, and special friends.
She was the daughter of the late Charlie B. and Hattie Fortner Brown of the Grassy Valley
community and was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Reynolds, who died in 2000; four
brothers and sisters-in-law, John and Sylvia Brown, Rev. Joe and Daisy Brown, Herman and
Maggie Brown, Luther and Ellen Brown; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Josephine and Cecil
Brown, Nola and James Armitage, Mary and William Phillips and Gus Babb; sisters-in-law,
Georgia (Jack) Kilday and Dorothy (Lon) Thompson.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 26, 2011, at the Kiser-Rose Hill Chapel. Rev. Wayne Waycaster and Rev. Jeff Gibson will officiate. Interment will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, in the Cross Anchor Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Everett Phillips, Norman Gass, Johnny “Tarp” Thompson, Carroll Thompson,
Tommy Blue Armitage, and Roger Carter.
Honorary pallbearers will be the Adult Men and Women’s classes of Union FreeWill Baptist
Church.
The family wishes to thank the staff of Life Care Center of Greeneville for their loving care and
support.
The family will receive friends 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at Kiser Rose Hill Funeral Home. Family and
friends are asked to meet at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home to go in procession to the
cemetery for the committal service.
