

She retired from Plus Mark and was a member of Greeneville First Free Will Baptist Church.
She was a loving wife, sister, and aunt.
Survivors include: one sister: Nellie Gray Keller; one brother and sister-in-law: Jay Rufus and Joanne Rupert; sister-in-law and husband: Vera Lee Rupert Graybeal and Gene: several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews; special nephew: Ottis Haney and his wife Emma Lou; and her special nieces and their husbands: Wanda and Kline Jones, Belindia and Mark Pruett, and Judy and Terry Fillers.
She is preceded in death by her husband: Chester Sams; parents: Dink Anderson Rupert and Lockie Jones Rupert; a step-mother: Josie Lafollette; a brother: Charlie Rupert; and sisters: Jenneppie Haney, Lizzie Kate Fannon, Mary Ruth Inscore, and Anna Laura Rupert.
The family will receive friends from 6pm-8pm Friday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday at the funeral home chapel with Rev. Doyle Pruett officiating.
Interment will be in GreeneLawn Memory Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Ottis Haney, Ottis Ray Haney, Jack Haney, Jonathan Haney, Alex Haney, Graham Fowler, Will Haney, Hayes Haney, Tanner Pruett, Taylor Pruett, Terry Fillers, and Mark Pruett.
Honorary pallbearers are Jack Neas, Jimmy Hopson, Arville Renner, Nellie Nelson, Phil Jonson, Gene Johnson, the staff of the Life Care facility, and her nieces and nephews.
