He attended Greene Ridge Free Will Baptist Church.
Mr. Segarra was a U.S. Navy veteran.
He enjoyed farming and his dogs.
Survivors include his wife: Norma Sue Segarra; a stepdaughter: Bonnie Fox of Midway; two stepgrandchildren: Khristian Faithe Ellison and Erica Liza-Lee Ellison; his parents: Terry and Anne Segarra of Franklin; a half-sister: Dawn Marie Swinney of New York; several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
The family will receive friends 1-3 p.m. Sunday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home with the funeral service following at 3 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home chapel. The Rev. Jeff Dougherty will officiate.
Following visitation, the body will be cremated.
