She loved to read Stephen King books and liked to play jokes on people. She was a jokester.
Marlene is survived by her children, Michele (Richard) Jeffery and Lisa (Deanna) Cannatelli; grand-children, Robert Bramlett, James Weakland, Kimi (Preston Scott) Jeffery, Jason Weakland, Emmy Able, Trevor Able and Jimmy Weakland; one great grandchild; sister, Doreen (Clifton) McNatt; and son in law, Richard Cannatelli.
She is preceded in death by parents, Henry Konopka and Barbara Wilkinson; and son, Alfred Weakland Jr.
There will be no formal services held.
Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
