Martha Magdalene Worsham

She had worked at Bonanza Restaurant for 6 years and had retired from Laughlin Memorial Hospital after working 15 years.

Ms. Worsham had attended Solomon Lutheran Church and for the past two years, attended Central Baptist Church.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law: Ken and LeeAnna Worsham; grandchildren: Brock Conner, Alexus Worsham, and Dylan Worsham; a sister and brother-in-law: Sharon and David Woods; nieces: Laura Patterson, Vivian Woods, Miley Rednour, Alexus Woods, Jessica Jones, Braylee Woods, and Whitney Patterson; nephews: Jeff Woods, Joe Woods, Bo Woods, Drew Rednour, and William Patterson; her best friends: Charlotte Taylor and Margaret Crowe of Signature Health Care and Rehab Center and “all the people from the Center who gave her care”; special friends: Tiffney Casteel, Devin Dye, and Brittany Kinser.

She was the daughter of the late Bruce James and Nettie Ruth Crum Ragsdale and was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Kensleigh Worsham; a brother, L. V. Ragsdale; and a nephew, Jody Austin Woods.

The funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 31, 2010, in the Kiser Rose Hill Chapel. Rev. Willis Bowers, Rev. Larry Moore, and Rev. Todd Abby will officiate. Interment will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, Solomon Lutheran Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jeff Woods, Joe Woods, Bo Woods, Drew Rednour, William Patterson, and Ronnie Henlsey.

Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Jeffery Clark and staff, nurses, staff, and friends at Signature Health Care and Rehab Center, and all of her church family.

The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Kiser Rose Hill Funeral Home. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday to go in procession to the cemetery for the committal service.
