She was a member of People’s Tabernacle Church, attending faithfully while her health permitted. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her son, Jimmy Harold Presley, Jr.; a daughter and son-in-law, Regina and Mike Idell; two grandsons and their spouses: Matthew and Emily Idell, Eric and Claire Idell; four great grandsons: Parker, Hudson, Cole and Jack Idell; two great granddaughters, Olivia and Cate Idell; three sisters and their spouses: Marie and Buzz Collins, Janice and Ken Dyer, and Lana and Larry Miller; one brother and spouse, Britton and Ruby Fillers; a sister-in-law, Phyllis Fillers; and several nieces and nephews.
Leona was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Harold Presley; her parents, Alvin and Ella Mae Ball Fillers; brothers: Paul, Raymond, Bergin, and Willis Fillers; and sisters: Adeline Ervin, Virginia Fillers, Melinda Fillers, and Maxine Rader.
A graveside service will be held at River Hill Cemetery on Sunday, October 5 at 2:00 pm with Rev. David Tweed officiating.
Pallbearers will be Matt Idell, Eric Idell, Greg Robinson, Tom Bullen, Eddie Rader, and Chris Rader.
Family and friends are asked to meet at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home at 1:00 pm to go in procession to the cemetery.
