Mary Charles Moncier Shipley, age 94, of Highway 107, Chuckey, passed away at Morning Pointe Assisted Living in Greeneville. A faithful Christian, she went to her heavenly home on Thursday morning, April 4, 2013.
She was affectionately known as "Granny" by her family, and many who knew and loved her. She was much admired for her strength, hard work, and warm smile.
Never one to complain, even in her years of failing health, she was very grateful to those who cared for and assisted her.
