She was a member of the First Church of God.
She enjoyed bingo, yard sales, and listening to George Jones.
Survivors include three sons and two daughters-in-law: Terry and Jackie Waddell, Jackie Waddell, and Ronnie and Debbie Waddell; five grandchildren: Terry Lynn Barrett, Mike Waddell, Marty Waddell, Lance Waddell, and Justin Waddell; a sister and brother-in-law: Anna Mae and Harry Cochran; and several great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years: James Waddell; a granddaughter: Mary Annette Waddell; sisters: Lucille Taylor and Helen Russell; and brothers: Ernest Pitt, Robert Pitt, and Clarence Pitt.
The family will receive friends from 1pm-3pm and 4pm-6pm Monday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be at 6:00 pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Steven Aiken and Lance Waddell officiating.
Interment will be at 11:00 am Tuesday in GreeneLawn Memory Gardens. Family and friends are asked to meet at 10:00 am Tuesday at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery.
