He was a general contractor.

Mr. Schwartz was a member of the Mosheim Christian Fellowship Church.

Survivors include his wife: Elizabeth Wickey Schwartz; thirteen children and spouses: Menno, Jr. and Carol Schwartz, David and Mary Rose Schwartz, Rosemary and Larry Raber, Deborah and Norman Schrock, Susan and John Yoder, Nathan and Amber Schwartz, Walter Schwartz, Elizabeth Schwartz and special friend, Phillip, Christina Schwartz and special friend, Steven, Ella Schwartz and special friend, Devon, LuCinda Schwartz, Lena Schwartz, and Jonathan Schwartz; fourteen grandchildren; parents: Menno and Mary Schwartz; several brothers and sisters; several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held at 9:00 .am. Wednesday, April 11, 2012, at the Greene County Mennonite Church.

Reuben Smucker and J. R. Weaver will officiate. Interment will follow at Greene County Mennonite Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Josh Yoder, Ray Brubacher, Joe Shenk, Ivan Yoder, Norman Beachy and Ray Christian.

The family will receive friends 1-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Greene County Mennonite Church, 3625 Chuckey Pike, Chuckey.
