Mildred was always ready to help people, especially if they were sick. She would take food, visit, sit by their bedsides, do errands, or whatever needed to be done. She always believed in what the Bible says, “Do unto others as you would have done unto you.” God rewarded her by a very special and wonderful angel to help her in her time of need.
Her grandchildren state their grandmother was widely known for her kindness and generosity to others. She always thought of others before herself. They will sadly miss their wonderful family get-togethers for the holidays. “Mamaw” was an amazing woman that will be never be forgotten and our hearts will eternally ache for her.
