

Ned has worked for the Tennessee Field Office of National Agricultural Statistics for 15 years. He loved talking to his people and interviewing his farmers.
He got along so well with everyone!
Ned was a member of Warrensburg Baptist Church. He was a faithful member of the church choir who loved music and singing. He sang with a group of friends who went to nursing homes to sing to residents.
He was a kind and caring person who wished to help people even in death by being an organ donor through Vanderbilt Medical Center.
The family wishes to express their thanks to all of his family, friends, and church members for their prayers and help.
He was a member of the Warrensburg Community Center.
Survivors include his wife of 57 years: Peggy Livingston; son and daughter-in-law: Craig and Candy Livingston of Holly Hill, North Carolina; grandchildren: Katie Livingston, Kelsie Livingston, and Campbell Livingston of North Carolina; sister: Jennie Ruth Allread; brother: Buddy Mac Livingston; and a very special cousin: Barbara Shelton and her husband, Darl.
He was preceded in death by his only daughter: Lisa Yvonne Livingston; his parents: Sam and Orpha Livingston; and brothers and sisters: Glennis Newman, Orpha Maude Lane, Medra Pridemore, Lorraine Livingston, infant sister Mary Sue Livingston, Jerald Livingston, Hugh Livingston, and Don Livingston.
The family will receive friends 1-3 and 5-7pm Saturday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
Following visitation, the funeral service will be held at 7pm Saturday, February 8, 2014, in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Gary Marshall and Rev. Sammy Stockman officiating.
