

He was a farmer and attended Bethel Full Gospel Church.
Ollie was a loving husband for 48 years. He was a good father and grandfather. His hobbies
were fishing and watching softball and taking care of his animals.
Survivors include his wife: Brenda Norton; two daughters and sons-in-law: Mary Katherine “Kathy” and Rex Garber of Mosheim, Evelyn “Sissy” and Chris Smith of Ottway; two sons: William Eugene Norton of the home, Hoberet “Hobie” Norton and girlfriend, Lee Ann Anderson of Greeneville; grandchildren: Tina Spoon, Shawn Smith and Ethan Smith; two great grandchildren: Cameron Church and Brandon Spoon; sisters and brothers-in-law: Wanda and Dink Berryhill of Limestone, Patricia and Donnie Norton of Greeneville; a brother and sister-in-law: Carl and Joan Gilland of Chuckey; several nieces, nephews and cousins; his dogs: Tiny and Little “T”.
He was the son of the late Hobert Norton and Amanda Mathes and was preceded in death by an
infant daughter, Amanda Norton, and his best friend, David Berryhill.
The funeral service wilI be held at 8 pm Wednesday, October 23, 2013, in the Kiser-Rose Hill Chapel.
Rev. Harvey Lamb and Rev. Jerry Boles will officiate. Interment will be 11 am Thursday, at Liberty Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be his family and friends.
The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 pm Wednesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
