Ona Haney

She was a homemaker and participated in the Grandparents Program at Greene Valley Developmental Center.

She was of the of the Baptist faith.

Mrs. Haney was a graduate of Camp Creek High School.

Survivors include a daughter: Brenda Brown; two sons and daughters-in-law: Bill and Patsy Haney, Bob and Peggy Haney, all of Greeneville; grandchildren: Junior Haney and wife, Connie, of Rogersville, Jeremy Haney of Greeneville, Charles Brown of Brandenton, Florida; two great grandchildren: Krystal Haney, Brandon Haney; a great-great granddaughter: Mason Elizabeth Haney; brother: Troy Chandler; sister: Hazel Ricker, both of Greeneville; several nieces and nephews; and a special friend: Gladys Crawford.

She was the daughter of the late Martin and Rose Jane Lamons Chandler and was preceded in death by her husband, Archie Haney, Sr.; one son , Archie Haney, Jr.; and four brothers, Arnold, Everette, Eugene and Ralph Chandler.

There will be no formal visitation.

A graveside service will be held at 1 pm Monday at Susong Memorial Cemetery. Rev.Dolphus Cutshaw will officiate. Family and friends are asked to meet at 12 noon Monday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home to go in procession to the cemetery.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
