

He retired after 40+ years at Greene County Bank, where he served in many different capacities.
Phil took care of the people around him and will be missed by many. He was a loving husband, son, brother, papaw, and friend.
Those left behind to cherish his memories include his grandson, Zachary Fillers and fiancée, Chelsey Burbank of Greeneville; his granddaughter, Rhianna Fillers of Limestone; daughter-in-law, Martha Fillers of Limestone; his brother and sister-in-law, Carl and Peggy Fillers; sister-in-law, Cheryl Fillers; brother-in-law, Charles Davis; sister-in-law and her husband, Faye and Gary Arrington; and several nieces, nephews, and friends, including special friends, Max and Beulah Sizemore.
Phil is preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Alice Fillers; their son, Eddie; his father and mother, Hoxie and Golden Fillers; and two brothers, Ronnie and Jerry Fillers.
The family will receive friends 4:00-7:00 pm Sunday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 7:00 pm in the chapel. Pastors Harrell and Marci Cobb will officiate.
Interment will be conducted at GreeneLawn Memory Gardens at 11:00 am Monday. Pallbearers will be Zachary Fillers, Carl Fillers Jr., John Fillers, Caine Ballard, Craig Fillers, and Jason Wilkerson.
