I have lots of great and fond memories and as a child going back 60 years ago.  Memories not only about Phillip but the entire Brantley family. We all went to church together at Bright Hope Methodist Church and I spent a lot of my childhood at their home on Shady Lane playing in the woods and building playhouse's. I remember how heart broken I was when they moved to Mosheim and Truman was going to pastor a church there. But fortunately we got to visit them often. The love that the Cox family has for the Brantley family will always be a very memorable and permanent part of our lives. Welcome to your new eternal home Phillip.

Our paths crossed 15 years ago when I met Jason. I was a single mom of three young boys, but you and Pam, greeted me with a open hearts and a smile. Beach trips and many memories made. I will always remember your advice for Jason as we were leaving for our honeymoon.  "Whats hers is hers and whats yours is hers." Thru everything these past two years, you never lost your smile or your sense of humor.  
Phillip, my life is better to have known you. You've left an imprint on my heart and forever it will remain.

Pam, Jason and family.  We are so sorry to hear of Phillips passing.  I had the pleasure of meeting Phillip (and Pam) at Jason &  Melissa's home ( my niece).  I know your hearts are heavy but what a blessing to know that he isn't suffering any more.  May God give you comfort in the days ahead. We will be praying for you and the family.  God bless you all.

John and I just absolutely fell in love with both you and Pam when we met you and shared our little potato house apartment when we were stationed at Cherry Point NC.❣ We shared so many dinners and played pinochle almost every night. We always enjoyed our time together, the laughs, the tears and we held each other when another month went by and we weren't pregnant. I know Pam and I always beat the toolies out of you and John in our beloved Pinochle games and you guys would get so mad.
Pam and I knew how good we were 😉 so ya'll didn’t stand a chance. I am soooooo jealous that you are with your Pinochle partner but when God calls Pam and I home, we'll all be together and play our favorite game, and  laugh and talk as we always did in our little Marine Corp family 💕 Phillip can you look around in Heaven and see if you can find Pepe🐕lol, what a mess we were because Pepe wouldn't talk to us🤣😅 I promise you that I'll keep our little secret 😉👍 Rest in Peace my dear friend, my brother.  I love you and will always miss you until we meet again, but in Glory🙏

Phillip gave the best bear hugs ever and sometimes way to tight but never enough to make you cry, just enough for a big laugh. 
He was one of my favorite cousins, more like a brother. If he ever got you on the flying Jenny it was a fast trip and a crash landing. Lol he loved it! I can almost hear his delight. I Loved him always! 💔
