Phyllis Ann (Mousie) Mullins

She was a member of Pyburn FWB Church on Horton Highway.

She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband of 52 years: Hartsell Mullins; daughter and son-in-law: Marlene and Rick Miller; three sisters and a brother-in-law: Porshia Gosnell, Irene and Rawliegh Tweed, and Flo Sheeks; five brothers and sisters-in-law: Buddy and Doris Cutshall, Gilbert and Linda Cutshall, Orville and Leisa Cutshall, Hartsell and Karen Cutshall, Bobby and Janet Lee Cutshall; sister-in-law: Juanita Cutshall; aunts: Shirley Smith of Del Rio, Nola Franklin of North Carolina, and Lou Easterly; uncle: Floyd Cutshall of Virginia; several nieces and nephews; and her special friends: Pearl Caldwell, Burt Ward, and Lucy Penley.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Phillip and Essie Cutshall; brother: Bill Cutshall; nephews: Jerome Broyles and Jason Cutshall; and an infant daughter.

The family will receive friends from 6pm-8pm Saturday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home preceding the funeral service and again 12:30 pm – 1:00 pm Sunday at Caney Creek Primitive Baptist Church preceding the graveside service.

The funeral service will be held at 8:00 pm Saturday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Ronnie Baxter and Rev. Terry Roberts officiating.

Interment will be at1:00 pm Sunday in Caney Creek Cemetery

Pallbearers will be Wayne Cutshall, Warren Cutshall, Joe Cutshall, Lee Cutshall, Joshua Broyles, Richard Cutshall, Eric Cutshall, and Chris Cutshall.

Honorary pallbearers are Tommy Gosnell, Phillip Cutshall, Timmy Conkin, and Cayden Cutshall.
