Ray Bailey

He was self-employed at Bailey’s Church Furniture.

Mr. Bailey was a member of Liberty Free Will Baptist where he served as a Deacon for 60+ years.

Survivors include two sons: Danny Bailey and Ginger Winston and Eddie Bailey, all of the South Central Community; grandchildren: Travis Bailey, Anna Bailey, Stephanie Bailey, Dylan Bailey, and Beth Shipley; two great-grandchildren: Jenna Haren and Trae Haren; a sister: Barbara Ann Bailey; and several nieces and nephews.

He was the son of the late Sanford and Edith Bailey and was preceded in death by his wife, Wilma Bailey.

The family will receive friends 4-7 pm Tuesday at Liberty FWB Church with the funeral service to follow at 7 pm. Rev. Brandon Broyles, Rev. John Buchanan, Rev. Terry Bailey will officiate.

Interment will be at 11 am Wednesday, in the church cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Cecil Quinn, Seth Bailey, Tanner Bailey, Jeffrey Bailey, Ronnie Broyles, Terry Broyles, Russell Saults, Jimmy Bailey and Joe Armstrong.

Honorary Pallbearers are the Deacons and Trustees of Liberty FWB Church, Randy Bailey, Frankie Bacon, Allen Painter, Harmon Mathes, James Masters, Leo Mathes, Kendall Mathes, Carl Duncan, Jimmy Hope, Tom Spear, Luke Buchanan, Todd Bailey and Booie Saults.
