He is survived by his brothers: Tommy (Bernadine) Blake, Johnny (Naomi) Blake, and Frank (Diana) Blake; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
He was the son of the late Carl and Ruth Blake and was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Sheffey Blake, and one sister, Audra Blake Ray.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday at GreeneLawn Memory Gardens. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery for the committal service.
