Uncle Rick, you were a big part of my childhood. You will truly be missed. Praying for the family.

Arnold’s wedding on July 1 2025. Some people come into our lives and leave a mark on our hearts that will never fade. You were more than a boss — you were a friend, a mentor, and someone who made a difference in the lives of so many people. Your kindness, your laughter, your guidance, and the way you cared about others will never be forgotten. We are blessed to have known you. The impact you made on so many lives is a true reflection of the person you were.

Heavenly Father, please welcome this precious soul into Your loving arms and grant him eternal peace. Comfort his family, friends, and all who loved him. Give them strength through their grief, peace in their hearts. May the kindness, love, and memories he leaves behind live on forever in the hearts of those who knew him. Surround them with Your love. May he rest peacefully in Your presence and never be forgotten.
In Jesus’ name, Amen. ❤️

This was taken at my wedding. He was looking so dapper. He wasn't just another boss he was a dear friend. Nick and I both loved to listen to your stories. If we had questions about anything we knew that we could talk to you. That's how you was with everyone. You made everyone feel loved and understood. I know that you'll be smiling down watching over all of us. You will always be loved & never forgotten.

Rick, you were a great mentor to me. I tell everyone that you were one of the main reasons I am where I am. You made sure everyone felt important and everyone loved you for that. You may not have been at Deere as long as a lot of people, but you surely left a significant impact on many people’s lives. I’m so sorry you didn’t get to enjoy retirement longer or get that big buck you were telling me about. Rest easy my friend, keep hunting them deer in the sky for me.

Rick, you was one of my first friends at Deere!
Drop 5 lol me you and Sheena . We were bestest friends! You moved up like we knew you would 😉, over achiever lol. I’m sure gonna miss you! Love you forever!!!
