He was a retired employee of Crenlo Engineered Cabs.

Bob is survived by his wife of 49 years, Carolyn “Carol” Brown; his son, Tanner Cole Brown of the home; daughter, Jennifer Diane Brown of Frankfort, KY; two grandchildren, Evayne Brown and Enzo Brown; a brother, Tim (Jennifer) Brown of Jefferson, NC; two sisters, Sandy (Nick) Lawrence of Millers Creek, NC and Andrea (Glen) Cooke of Lebanon, VA; sisters-in-law, Karissa Brown of Warrensville, NC, Lois Miller, Linda (Bobby) Miller, and Peggy (Mike) Brown; brothers-in-law, Lamon (Carol) Loggins and Roger Loggins; and several nieces and nephews, including a special nephew, Ricky Howell.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Lee Brown and Mary Gore Brown, and his brother, Matthew Brown.

The family will receive friends 5-7pm Wednesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home in Greeneville, TN.

A graveside service will be conducted 2pm Thursday at Mt. Zion Community Cemetery on 3128 Mt. Zion Church Rd, Piney Creek, NC 28663.
