

He was a long time delivery driver for Kern’s Bread, afterward he was a contractor for the telephone company.
He was a lifelong member of the First Church of God and was very active in the church.
Ross was a devoted husband, father and friend.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years: Betty Lamb; two daughters and sons-in-law: Sherry and Richie Henry, Connie and Roger Carr; grandchildren: Brad Cutshaw and wife, Lesley, Alan Hatfield and wife, Laura; great grandchildren: J. T. Kimm and John Kimm; a sister and brother-in-law: Mary and Jerry Lane; one brother: Billy Lamb; and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Maggie and Bud Gibson, Shelby Lyngen, and Charlie and Gerelene Setser.
He was the son of the late Ray and Almeta Lamb and was preceded in death by a sister, Maxine Kirk, and his mother-in-law, Bonnie Setser.
The family will receive friends 4-7 p.m. at First Church of God.
The funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Friday, April 5, 2013, at First Church of God. Pastor H. Gerald Rudd will officiate.
Interment will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, at GreeneLawn Memory Gardens. Family and friends are asked to meet at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home to go in procession to the cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Brad Cutshaw, Brian Harrison, Alan Hatfield, Roger Carr, Jerry Knight and Roger Kirk.
Honorary pallbearers will be Gene Shepherd, The Enliveners Group, and The Builders Class.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Church of God Building Fund, 1505 W. Main St., Greeneville, TN
