She was a retired LPN.
Survivors include four daughters and two sons-in-law: Felecia and Roy Collins of Bulls Gap, Katherine Reid of Greeneville, Jo Reid of Chuckey and Mary and Ricky Blazer of Chuckey; step son: Mike Perkins of White Pine; four grandchildren; two step grandchildren; several precious great grandbabies (She was proud of all); and a sister and brother-in-law: Etta and Dale Carter of Nevada.
She was the daughter of the late Ama Nichols of Johnson City and Elbert Smith of Bluff City.
The family extends a special thanks to Signature HealthCARE for giving her a home and the care and comfort she needed.
The family will receive friends from 6m-8pm Friday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
Following visitation, the funeral service will be held at 8pm in the funeral home chapel.
