He is survived by one sister and brother-in-law, Souninamvieng Keohacksa and husband Kem; four brothers and spouses, Somphong Phommachanh and wife Joy, Somphone Phommachanh, Somchanh Phommachanh and wife Keo and Anongdeth Phommachanh and wife Mandy; and nieces and nephews: Heidi, Damien, Justin, Jennie, Angel, Thi’Le, Danyl, Isiaha, Kolyn and Parker.
Sam was preceded in death by his father and mother, Khamhou Phommachanh and Khanthaly Phommachanh and one brother, Somphou Phommachanh.
There will be no formal services or visitation.
