Scarlett was a member of First Baptist Church of Baileyton.

Survivors include her husband of 16 years: Steve Collins; mother and step father: Sandra Lynn Price and Eddie Ray Price; sons: Warren Craig Branham (Ashley) and Casey Alexander Branham (Kristi); step children: Stephanie Looney (Mark), Jason Randall Collins (Amy), and Joshua Lee Collins; step grandchildren: Jameson Looney and Keneatha Looney; sisters: Ambre Thacker and Debbie Ryan (Dermot); brother-in-law: Dale Collins (Anita); sisters-in-law: Debbie Bishop (Teddy), Vanita Smith (Terry), Marsha Collins, and Susie Collins; special friends: Barbie and Shannon Mullendore, Brett and Amanda Roberts; mother-in-law and father-in-law: Goebel and Pauline Collins; a host of nieces and nephews; her co-workers at Laughlin Hospital; and her very special church family.

She was preceded in death by a daughter: Tara M. Branham; father: Freddie L. Epperley; brother-in-law: Rick Thacker; and maternal grandparents: Rev. William Wardy and Gladys May.

The family will receive friends from 6 pm – 8 pm Thursday and Friday at First Baptist Church of Baileyton.

The funeral service will be held at 1 pm Saturday at First Baptist Church of Baileyton with Rev. James Roberts officiating.

Interment will follow in Cross Anchor Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Brett Roberts, Shannon Mullendore, Chris Weems, Nathan Brown, Ecker Kilgore, Lynn Pitt, Jeff Fillers, and Richard Parks.

Honorary pallbearers are Dr. Flohr and staff, Dr. Carla Nickle and staff, Leslie Henry, Dr. Dharmen Patel, Diane Clark, Noah Roark, Doug Cox, and the employees of Laughlin Health Care.
