She retired from Walmart.
In her earlier years, she attended Greeneville First Free Will Baptist Church.
Survivors include an aunt: Maggie Higgins; an uncle: William Looney; and several cousins, all of Greeneville.
She was the daughter of the late Cloyd and Ruby George Looney and was preceded in death by several other aunts and uncles.
A committal service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 1, 2012 in GreeneLawn Mausoleum with interment to follow in adjoining cemetery. Rev. Rex Brown will officiate. It is requested that relatives and friends meet at 3:30 p.m. Sunday at GreeneLawn for the committal service.
There will be no formal visitation.
