Stevie Starnes

He was a former employee of Magnavox and attended Mosheim Baptist Church. He was an avid fisherman preferring the lakes. Stevie was a Tennessee Volunteer fan.

He is survived by a daughter: Samantha Starnes; a stepdaughter: Whitney Ferrell; a caregiver and former spouse: Lisa Starnes Hayes; several aunts and uncles including two special aunts: Juanita and Erma; and a long-time neighbor and friend: Wesley Brown and family.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Robert Starnes and Mabel Irene Hicks Starnes.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm Friday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 7:00 pm at Kiser-Rose Hill Chapel with Rev. Bill Helton officiating.

Interment will be held at 10:30 am Saturday at Brown Springs Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery for the graveside service.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
