She was a member of Pine Grove FWB Church and was a retired employee of Magnavox.
Wanda is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Bales; Great Grandson, Austin Bales; her nieces and nephews, Jean Dykes, Opal Dykes, Denver Dykes, Janice Gass, and Bobby Peters; as well as two special friends, Ethel Bailey and Pearl Caldwell.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Ray Horner, and grandson, Eric Bales.
A graveside service will be held at 2pm on Thursday in Pine Grove FWB Cemetery on Horton Highway.
Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
