

He was a farmer, auctioneer, and former owner of Greeneville and Morristown Livestock Markets.
Mr. Woolsey was a former member of the Agriculture Board of Greene County Bank and served on the Greene County Planning Commission for several years
Survivors include his wife of 57 years: Wilma Ricker Woolsey; three daughters and sons-in-law: Kathy and George Clemmer of Greeneville, Kim and Dwight Edwards of Johnson City, Tina Hemmrich of Murfreesboro; grandchildren: Jessica Hite and husband, Jamey, Larkin Wayne Clemmer, Will and Emily Hemmrich; a sister and brother-in-law: Patricia and Lyle Miller;
several nieces, nephews and cousins; and a special companion, his dog: Moe.
He was the son of the late Ray and Marie Woolsey.
The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 4, 2013, in the Kiser-Rose Hill Chapel. Pastor Neal McGill and Dr. James R. McKinney will officiate.
Interment will follow at Harris Memorial Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be George Clemmer, Larkin Clemmer, Dwight Edwards, Jamey Hite, Johnny Blake and Leon Bird.
His friends and neighbors will serve as honorary pallbearers.
The family wished to express thanks to Dr. James R. McKinney and his nurses, Judy Johnson and Linda Compton and to the staff of Greene County – Greeneville EMS.
