Paul Lloyd Robbins was born to Cora and Lloyd Robbins in Reading, MA, where one drinks melk and falls asleep with their head on a pellow. In 1965 he met and later married his wife of 54 years, Carol Ann Knaggs.
Of the many traits their children inherited from their dad, Tammy's life has been enriched by his get-'er-done practicality. Tracy claims her dad's enjoyment of a good joke. And Dean sports his affable manner and ease in making any of us feel like a welcome guest. Paul and Carol's grandson, Austen Whitcher, was the apple of Paul's eye.
Paul retired from AT&T; throughout his years there he appreciated his work and especially each friend he made. He was always game for a road trip, a side trip or a quick trip down memory lane. He was always up for any of the Detroit teams on game day. And he was always open for a visit or a chat, as well as for doing a good deed without fanfare. RIP 05/04/1944 - 12/30/2022.
