Angelo was the beloved husband of Carmela and the devoted, proud father of Cassia, who was the light of his life. He is now reunited in heaven with his cherished mother, father, and brother. Angelo will be deeply missed by his close-knit family, including his mother-in-law Lucy, and sisters-in-law Paula, Teresa, and Joanna, along with their spouses, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He leaves behind a wide circle of extended family and friends who loved him dearly and were touched by his love and kindness.
Angelo’s generous spirit and compassionate heart reached far beyond his family. He had a gift for making everyone feel welcome, seen, and valued. His sense of humour, ever-present smile, and warm presence could light up any room. He was a loyal friend, a caring neighbour, and a mentor to many—always ready with a helping hand and a listening ear. Angelo carried himself with a rare blend of calm strength, playful competitiveness, and deep respect for others. Whether sharing an espresso, offering support, or simply standing beside you, his presence made life brighter. He had a magnetic way of bringing people together and making them feel at home.
As the proud owner of Tony’s Place, Tony’s Billiards, and Fredricks Billiards, Angelo was a cornerstone of the Guelph and Kitchener communities. He built more than just pool halls—he created spaces where friendships flourished, skills were honed, and memories were made. His love for the game was matched only by the warmth and laughter he brought to every corner of the hall. For many, he offered not just a place to play, but a second home. Angelo was a respected leader in the downtown community, known for his unwavering support and heartfelt guidance. He touched countless lives, offering strength and encouragement to those who needed it most.
To know Angelo was to love him. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to share in his life. God has you in His arms, Angelo. We will carry you in our hearts forever.
“I had the privilege to walk beside you, a great man, and now I know he walks beside me in silence.”
