A loving mother to Clifford, Shirley and David, she passed away peacefully at the age of 97, the morning of April 23, 2026.
Annie was very social, as all who knew her can attest. She enjoyed nature walks and visits with friends and family, and will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Annie's family asks that she be remembered for the joy she brought to others in life not the sadness of her passing.
In keeping with Annie's wishes, cremation will take place and a private gathering with family and friends will be held at a later date, where her ashes will be sprinkled in the Scattering Gardens at Williamsburg Cemetery. In lieu of flowers or gifts, donations to a charity of your choice, the Alzheimer Society of Canada, or the Dystonia Medical Research Foundation of Canada are appreciated.
