Brenda Jean Turner (Lamerson) was born September 21, 1946, and passed away peacefully on April 21, 2024, in Guelph, Ontario.
She lived an adventurous life, moving from coast to coast, she faced many barriers but never let anything stop her. Even in her later years you could still see her love of travel in the movies she watched and the books she read. She dedicated her life to working with those who needed it most, being an inspiration to young children and a great comfort to those in their final years.
She leaves behind her beloved daughter Maude (Cheryl), sister Joan, brother-in-law Will and nieces Lori and Victoria and a great niece. She was predeceased by her parents Jack and Ina, her sister Cheryl, and brother-in-law Richard (Joan's husband).
Funeral arrangements entrusted to Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon Street, Guelph (519-821-5077). A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at 87 Neeve Street, Guelph. In lieu of flowers, donations in Brenda's memory can be made to Action Read.
