Shay was the beloved wife of the late David Robinson, loving mother of Brian and Andy Robinson, mother-in-law to Chris Robinson and adored grandmother of Alex and Matt Robinson. She was predeceased by her parents Andrew and Adeline Jamieson. She will be missed by her many friends and her large extended family whom she willingly adopted in spirit, if not legally.
Shay had a great love for art, avidly followed Formula 1 racing, enjoyed wine and travelling and was always up for anything to do with family. She lived her life well, approaching each day with great enthusiasm and laughter, no matter how bad the pun. In her words it was all “super”. She passed peacefully surrounded by her family.
Resting at Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St, Guelph. As per Shay’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday April 16th, 2023 at 1:00pm with a reception to follow.
