So sorry to learn of Dave’s passing. I enjoyed my time working with him at the City of Guelph. He was such a dependable, knowledgeable and kind person. He certainly helped me in so many ways to learn and grow. His excellent work and foresight can be seen around the City. My condolences to Diane and family.

I had the privalage of working with Dave at the City Of Guelph for 30 years. I have learned a great deal from him at work, he was very knowledgeable about everything going on at the City. He was full of infomation. Always a gentleman and very funny at times. We have also been friends with him and his family for 37 years. I valued him as a colleague and a friend. My condolences to Diane and family. Rest in peace 🙏 my friend. 

From the handful of times we had the pleasure of meeting David, we always enjoyed his sense of humour and kind spirit. Sending lots of thoughts and love to Diane, Greg, Brit, Alice, Max and the rest of the extended Noble family. Wishing you peace during this difficult time.

I had the privilege to get to know Dave when he returned to work after his retirement, to provide his expertise on several projects.  He was a wonderful mentor to me as I was starting my career and was always a joyful and very witty man.  He was immensely proud of his family and would share his family successes with us all.  I felt blessed to have known him.  My deepest condolences to the Noble family.
