Loving wife to Bill for 67 years. Devoted Mother to Lyndy Edwards, Ian Coats (Laurie), Don Coats (Susanne), Karen Kitching (Jay) and Kathy Coats (Harold). Caring Grandma of 7 and Great-Grandma of 2. Sister to Diane. Gloria will be forever remembered by many extended family and friends. Predeceased by her daughter-in-law Paula.
Gloria was a devoted and loving mother who always put her family first. A dedicated Christian and strong of faith, she volunteered much of her time to Trinity United Church in Acton over the years. She also volunteered with the Canadian Cancer Society and worked as a nurse caring for others for many, many years.
She will always be loved and remembered.
A visitation for Gloria will be held Tuesday, January 2, 2024 from 10 to 11 AM at Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Hart Chapel (1099 Gordon St., Guelph) followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Gloria's memory may be made to Canadian Cancer Society.
