Lila Ysaely Valentina Godoy Kenny

Beloved wife to the late Gerald Kenny. Loving mother of Daniel Kenny-Godoy and the late Andre Kenny-Godoy. Cherished grandmother of Violet Kenny-Densmore & mother-in-law to Jessica Densmore. Dear sister of Juan Godoy, Armando Godoy and the late Elinda Godoy. Predeceased by her parents the late Elias Godoy-Boada and Isabel Godoy-Trias.

Ysaely was a beautiful & spirited woman. She was known for her radiant smile. Ysa cherished her friendships, especially a group of women she lovingly referred to as her “sisters of life”. She loved being a “child of the universe” calling Venezuela, Canada, Trinidad and Spain “home” throughout her life. Ysaely will be missed by her many friends and extended family.

The family would like to also say thank you to all of her friends and family that have been so supportive of her and her cancer journey over the last few years. We would not have been able to do any of this without your love and support. Thank you.

Arrangements entrusted to Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, 1099 Gordon St, Guelph. Private cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
