Miroslaw Dziubaltowski

Husband to Jadwiga, loving father to Monika (Greg) and Beata, proud grandfather of Jesika (Kyle), Shawn (Erica), Victoria (Ilyas), Marek (Magda), Darek, Jarek, great grandfather of Brian and Julia, dear brother of Maryla (the late Janek), Wlodek (Zofia), Slawek (Lidka), predeceased by his father, the late Franciszek, mother, the late Zofia, and sister, the late Krysia. He will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles, as well as his friends. Miroslaw was born in Poland in 1951 and immigrated to Canada in 1992.

Family and friends will be received at the visitation on Sunday, February 1, 2026 from 4-7pm, at Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home - Hart Chapel (1099 Gordon St. Guelph). A funeral mass will be held Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 11am at Sacred Heart Church (98 Alice St. Guelph). Following the mass there will be a reception at the Hart Chapel (1099 Gordon St. Guelph).

As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations made to the Hospice Wellington would be greatly appreciated by the family.
