William "Bill" Stanley Boudreau

Born on August 23, 1954, in Ottawa, Ontario, Bill touched the lives of many with his kindness, diligence, and earnestness.

Bill was the cherished husband of Patricia for nearly 46 years, a partnership that exemplified love, commitment, and unwavering support. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. As a loving father, Bill leaves behind his sons Chad (Tammy) and Trevor (Lisa), who were his pride and joy. He took immense pride in their accomplishments and found joy in every moment spent with them. Bill was also a devoted grandfather to Jacob and Griffon, who lit up his world from the time they were born. He cherished every moment spent with them, creating precious memories that they will treasure forever. In addition to his immediate family, Bill is survived by his brothers Rick (Deb) and Paul (Pauline). He was predeceased by his brother Perry and sister Judy. He will be dearly missed by many extended family and friends.

Professionally, Bill dedicated over four decades to the physical resources department of the University of Guelph, where his hard work, dedication, and reliability left a lasting impact on all who knew him.

Outside of work, Bill loved spending time at the trailer, where he could relax, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of nature and the sense of community. Bill will be remembered for his warm smile, gentle spirit, and kind heart. He touched the lives of many and leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories that will be treasured by all who knew him.

Arrangements entrusted to Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home – Hart Chapel (1099 Gordon St. Guelph). A celebration of Bill's life will be held in the future. May his soul rest in peace, knowing that he was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed.
