Bill was born on May 3, 1942, in Bishop’s Falls, Newfoundland. He is survived by his children Bill (Sherry), Carter (Lee Anne), and Reid (Chantale), and his grandchildren Jason (Linda), Kionna (Travis), Wesley, Jake, Spencer (Mia), Samantha, Eli, Keegan, Julie, and many great-grandchildren.
Following his retirement at UPI, Bill, an avid outdoorsman, enjoyed living in Elliot Lake and spending time volunteering at the Ren Centre. Bill will be missed by his many siblings and extended family and friends.
The family sends a heartfelt thank you to the staff team at Morrison Park Nursing Home for their care for Dad over the past few months.
As per Dad’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral services. Arrangements entrusted to the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home - Hart Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Diabetes Canada, or a charity of your choice.
